Paul Raducha a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of experience in renewable energy starting at Lux Research, one of the top “Clean Technology” research firms in the world. He has direct hands-on experience in all aspects of renewable energy projects from development, financing, analysis, due diligence, project management and asset management. With a strong hands-on renewable energy technical background Mr. Raducha has been involved in over 75MW of installed renewable energy projects including landfill / brownfields. Mr. Raducha graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with honors and began his career at international accounting firm, KPMG Peat Marwick. CFO of one the largest renewable integrators in the United States, one of Inc.’s top Fastest Growing Companies 2 years in a row with more than 30 megawatts installed for over 3,000 customers.

Paul Raducha lives in Bristol Rhode Island with his wife and two daughters in their solar powered energy efficiency house. Paul in spare time which is limited enjoys sailing, boating, snowboarding, swimming and Camping. In 2002 Paul Hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine.
