Barrington Native Fills Top Webster Post

Xay Khamsyvoravong is the new vice president for government and institutional banking for Webster Bank in Providence.

A Barrington native has been named a vice president for government and institutional banking for Webster Bank. Xay Khamsyvoravong has joined Webster's regional headquarters in Providence. He comes back to Rhode Island from Manhattan, where he worked for Morgan Stanley’s public finance investment banking group.  Prior to that post, he served as deputy chief of staff to Rhode Island General Treasurer Frank T. Caprio for the majority of the treasurer’s tenure.
