Mangia Pizzeria to Open Next Week

Mangia Neapolitan Pizzeria will serve a signature whole wheat-dough pizza and a host of other Italian specialties across the street from Barrington Town Hall.

Mangia Neapolitan Pizzeria got its victualing license last Monday night. You can expect it to open early next week. Finally. Owner Jon McGloin and store manager Steve Brown-Boone said they are shooting for a Monday opening. But it could be a little later. “We’ve been trying to open since late October,” said McGloin with a smile, who has invested more than $250,000 in the business at 296 County Road across the street from Town Hall. “It’ll definitely be next week.”  The store is part of the Brookline, Mass., based chain of Mangia Neapolitan Pizzeria restaurants. I've been to the Mangia in Sharon, Ma., the pizza is great. I can't wait for it to open in Barrington. I think they also have a gluten free option as well as their whole wheat crust.   more ›
