What's Open, Closed on MLK Day?

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day -- a floating federal holiday.

Today is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day – a floating federal holiday on the third Monday of January designated to celebrate the renowned civil rights activist’s birthday on Jan. 15. King is remembered for many achievements, but perhaps his most famous public address was his "I Have A Dream" speech on Aug. 28, 1963 in Washington, D.C., part of the historic March on Washington. All federal, state and municipal offices, such as the Barrington Town Hall, are closed for the holiday. There is no mail delivery.
