The Barrington Business Association holds it monthly meeting at Pilgrim Title Insurance at 47 Maple Avenue at 7 pm; you are asked to bring ideas, recommendations, and "war stories” on getting more merchant-friendly signage in Barrington. You are invited to a 2:30 pm "nurses' tea" at Atria Bay Spring Village, 147 Bay Spring Ave, to honor all retired nurses for their careers that touched so many people. The Barrington/Warren Rotary Club meets at 6:30 pm at the Wharf Tavern, 215 Water St., Warren. The speaker is Dr. Chris Van Hemelrijck, Internal and Emergency Medicine at South County Hospital; he will talk about the Water for Cambodia-BioSand Water Filter Project.
