Learn to Keep Your Resolutions Starting Now

The East Bay Chamber of Commerce hosts a six-week program titled 'Positively Saturday' starting this weekend.

A six-week winter series designed to plan changes in your life and then stick to these resolutions starts Saturday, Jan. 4, at the East Bay Chamber of Commerce.

The series is titled “Positively Saturday.” It is billed as a six-week program that will provide “a variety of great positive strategies to help you kick off your best year ever.”

You can choose the topic that interests you most or come to all of the sessions over the next six Saturdays. Each session runs from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at the chamber office at 16 Cutler St. in Warren.

“The best way to get through the long cold, snowy winter is to have something to look forward to, something that makes you feel optimistic,” according to the Positively Saturday website. “That’s why this series was created.”

“It will provide a positive place to spend a few hours on a winter Saturday afternoon to learn and share time with other like minded people.  Each week explores a different topic in how to create the extra-ordinary life we all want but sometimes aren’t sure how to find.  The setting will be comfortable and casual, more discussion than lecture.  Some weeks will have video with discussion, others will offer audio from some of the top leaders about the topic at hand.”
