VIDEO: BHS Graduates Class of 2012

Under blue skies in 80-degree temperatures, 287 Barrington High School seniors graduate at Victory Field on Sunday afternoon, June 10.

Barrington High School Principal Joseph Hurley called Sunday a "spectacular day."

He was referring for the most part to the weather -- the first time in three years as principal that he has led a graduation exercise outside at Victory Field.

But Hurley could have been referring to the Class of 2012 as well, which showed him time and again, he said, that the seniors had compassion and affection in abundance.
