School Board to Hold Another Tuesday Meeting

The Barrington School Committee meets tomorrow, Oct. 29, in another Tuesday evening session in Town Hall. The board usually meets on a Thursday, which this week is Halloween.

The meeting starts at its normal time of 7:30 pm in the School Committee Meeting Room. 

Among the agenda items are another update by the all-day kindergarten task force, issuing a new charge for the school building committee, and second readings of policies on appeals, diploma waivers and free and reduced-price meals and/or free milk. 

The School Committee also plans to discuss Barrington’s charter review, background checks for employees and volunteers and a district grade policy.
