REMINDER: 'Spooky Stroll' Tonight

The Primrose Hill School PTO in Barrington holds another stroll through hundreds of carved pumpkins in the fields around the school on Middle Highway.

Hundreds of carved pumpkins await you.

It's another “Spooky Pumpkin Stroll” at Primrose Hill School in Barrington. It runs tonight, Oct. 27, from 6:30 to 9 pm. Wear a costume.

The pumpkins will be spread out across the playing fields outside the school on Middle Highway.

“Last year, we had over 1,000 people come and over 400 pumpkins on display,” said Andrea Carlotto of the PTO.

A hayride, a "bootique," a witches cauldron and plenty of other family-friendly activities and treats, including pumpkin doughnuts, popcorn and hot chocolate, will be on hand as well, she said.

Rain is not forecast, but if does shower, the event moves to Saturday evening, Oct. 27.
