Five warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Oct. 20-26, for homes that changed hands.

The deeds were the first property transfers filed in about two weeks -- an indication that the real estate market has slowed down as the leaves change color.

The homes are located in the Town Center, Primrose Hill, Rumstick, Hampden Meadows and Bay Spring neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a high of more than $900,000 to a low of $165,000.
