SOLD: $1.475M Home Among 8 That Change Hands

8 warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Nov. 10-16.

Eight warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Nov. 10-16, for homes that changed hands, including one property for almost $1.5 million.

The week also was the most active for real estate sales in several months.

The homes are located in the Rumstick, West Barrington and several central Barrington neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a high of $1,475,000 to a low of $140,000.

  • 405 Maple Ave. from Manuel J. Caldeira and Gary Jacobik to Joseph Benedetti and Elizabeth Benedetti for $222,000 
  • 45 Chapin Road from the Mary Jane Tyszcowski Revocable Trust 1993 to Leonard E. Proc for $430,000
