Three warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 1-7, for homes that changed hands, including an Adams Point home that sold for $1.215 million.
The homes are located in the Rumstick, Holy Angels and West Barrington neighborhoods. They ranged in price from a low of $278,000 to the million-plus price tag for the Adams Point property.
If you are thinking of selling your home, the prices can give you some idea of the value of your property if you live near or in those neighborhoods.
