What Do You Think? 'Barrington River Park at Police Cove'
Barrington Town Council to get recommendation of this name for the new park at Police Cove.
“Barrington River Park at Police Cove” is the name to be recommended to the Town Council for the new park being created at that location on County Road near the Andreozzi Bridge.
The Police Cove Park Committee received 32 names from the public to sort through after seeking input. Among the suggestions were “Harbor Shore Park,” “River Park,” and “Welcome Park.”
Town Planner Phil Hervey said the name will be submitted to the Town Council at its next meeting in September. The committee vote for the name was unanimous.
