Barrington is looking for help in assessing residential properties and producing values that are written in a way a typical homeowner can understand.

"The work product of this engagement will be a written set of standards used to establish residential property values, written in such a way that the average homeowner is able to understand them. The end product of this initiative will be a written document that lists and documents all key procedures and processes as they relate to the assessment of ratable properties in Barrington."

Proposals must be delivered on or before 11 am on Sept. 3 to the Assessor’s Office, Town of Barrington, 283 County Road, Barrington, RI 02806.
