Martha R. Greene, 84, Retired Office Worker
Calling hours are on Monday, Dec. 16, with a memorial service on Tuesday in Haven United Methodist Church, East Providence.
Martha R. (Roberts) Greene, of Willett Avenue, Riverside, formerly of Barrington, died at home Dec. 8, 2013. She was 84.
She was the wife of the late William Greene and the late Ray Ryant. She was born in Providence, the daughter of the late Elmore and Hattie (Jones) Roberts.
She was an office worker for the Providence Journal, American Tourister and Trifari until retiring. She leaves a daughter, Bonne O’Neil of Providence, 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be in the Smith-Mason Funeral Home, 398 Willett Avenue, Riverside on Monday, Dec. 16, from 2 to 4 pm. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at noon in the Haven United Methodist Church 200 Taunton Avenue East Providence.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Diabetes Association of RI, 209 Cottage Street, Pawtucket 02860 would be appreciated.
