Active Older Adult Health Fair!

Bayside YMCA Offers Health Fair September 25

The Bayside Y is pleased to present its annual Health Fair for active older adults on Wednesday, September 25, 9 a.m. - noon.
Many community organizations and businesses will be on hand to share resources. Included will be screenings for blood pressure, glaucoma, glucose, skin, cholesterol, posture, vision and more.
Also offered will be massage, reiki, flu shots, raffles and food.
Other special events will be:
9:30 a.m. Gerry Plante, a Certified Aging in Place Specialist from Safely Home, will speak on simple home modification tips.
10:30 -- Try Zumba Gold!
10:30 -- Take a swim in the beautiful Bayside pool.
11:30 -- Take a walk in nature with your neighbors and Y staff.
