Garden Club Gathers to Talk 'Birding'
Housing trustees meet tonight; rowing club offers indoor training; learn to paint at Senior Center.
“Birding 101” is the subject of the meeting at noon in the library, with Mike Tucker of the Audubon Society of RI sharing his knowledge of how to create back-yard environments that will attract birds. Members and guests ($5) are welcome.
The Barrington Housing Board of Trustees meets in the library board room at 7 pm.
URI baseball coach Jim Foster continues a free for pitchers and catchers in grades 9-12 at Tillinghast Farm, 231 Nayatt Road, at 6 pm.
