Chorus Concert, Rock 'n Roll Movie
Barrington Middle School chorus holds its spring concert; 'Almost Famous' concludes rock 'n roll film series in the library.
The holds its spring concert at 7 pm in the auditorium. Admission is free.
The Thursday evening at the concludes at 7 pm with Almost Famous, an R-rated film about a 15-year-old journalist who hits the road with the Stillwater band for an article for Rolling Stone magazine. He falls in love with the music, the lifestyle and a free-spirited beauty (Kate Hudson); directed by Cameron Crowe.
A community that runs every Thursday evening in May continues at 6 pm at the courts at Barrington . Tony Cunha, a local tennis professional, is teaching the course. Register at the Recreation Department office.
