This week at the Mount Hope Farmers Market, the guest chef for the monthly "Chefs at the Market" series will be Eli Dunn, head chef at The Beehive Cafe.
The Beehive Cafe is always dedicated to sourcing food from local farmers and producers, and this week Chef Eli will
show market-goers some of his favorite recipes utilizing the delicious local vegetables available now!
From 11:00am-12:30pm on Saturday, Eli will be cooking up Sweet Potato Pancakes w/Aquidneck Honey Butter, and his famous Raw Kale Salad! Come try a sample, and learn how to prepare them at home!
The goal of the Mount Hope Farmers Market's "Chefs at the Market Series" is to feature the talent of area chefs who use locally produced ingredients, to highlight the wealth of ingredients available from our local farmers and producers, and to give all of us the opportunity to pick up some new recipes and cooking tips!
