Senior Center hosts Movie Tuesday; planning board deals with subdivision details; ballet open house and book signing on Wednesday.

The Barrington meets at 7 pm in the library trustees room with an agenda that will review draft amendments to the zoning ordinance's subdivision regulations.

Mark your Wednesday calendar if your children want to take ballet lessons. on Waseca Avenue is holding an open house from 4-6 pm.

Also on Wednesday, Aug. 24, offers a 7 pm book signing with author Kelly O’Connor McNees, who wrote “The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott,” which mixes fact and fiction to chronicle a love affair that threatened the “Little Women” author’s career.
