Pasquale 'Pat' Bianchi, 91

Bianchi was the co-owner of Regal Electric Supply and a former Democratic state committeeman.

Pasquale P. "Pat" Bianchi, of Whipple Avenue, died on February 7, 2013 after a brief illness. He was 91.

He was the husband of Annette I. (Grenier) Bianchi. A lifelong resident of Barrington, he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Rita Bianchi.

Bianchi was the founder and co-owner of the former Regal Electric Supply Co., Providence, for 35 years. He was a communicant of Holy Angel Church and former altar boy and usher at the church. He was a member of the Barrington Democratic Club and was a former Democratic State committeeman.

Bianchi was an Army Veteran serving during World War II.

Besides his wife of 63 years, he is survived by three daughters; Patrice A. Bianchi and her husband Albert Gerheim of Westerly, Janet M. Bianchi of Barrington and Elaine M. Bianchi of New Rochelle, NY, two sisters; Elizabeth Ricci of North Providence and Ida Butterworth of Littleton, CO, two granddaughters and two great grandsons. He was the brother of the late Americo Bianchi, Dorothy Zmuda and Evelyn Allenson.

His funeral will be held on Wednesday February 13, 2013 from the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 am with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angel Church, Maple Avenue, Barrington at 10 am.

Burial will follow in Santa Maria del Campo Cemetery, Upland Way, Barrington. Calling hours are today from 4-6 pm.
