'BEAST' Debuts; Farmers' Market Continues

The library auditorium hosts the debut of the play written by the late Matt Starring of Barrington chronicling his year-long fight with leukemia.

“,” a play written by the late Matt Starring of Barrington and rewritten after his death by friends, debuts at 7:30 pm in the Barrington library auditorium.

The weekly at Haines Memorial State Park runs from 2 to 6 pm.

Revisit “Jaws,” the classic great white shark movie, at the Audubon Society Environmental Education Center, 1401 Hope St., Bristol, with a 7 pm lecture titled : The White Shark in New England.

Want to enjoy one last ? Grab your lawn chair and drive over to Burr’s Hill Park in Warren for the Patterson/Smith Jazz Band, starting at 6:30 pm in the bandshell on Water Street.
