What's Open on Christmas Day?

A few places to buy batteries, gas, your favorite coffee, pastries and other 'necessities' are open today in Barrington or a short drive away.

It’s Christmas Day. The list of stores open today is pretty short.

Don't fret, though. A few places are open if you need a few last-minute supplies, such as batteries, or you're feeling a little under the weater with a cold.

You can also get a hot coffee or pastry if you don’t mind driving across the bridge to Warren or up to Wayland Square in Providence.

You can fill up your tank with gas for that trip to grandma's house.

You can get some Chinese take-out if you don’t want to eat another piece of turkey or prime rib or stuffed shrimp.
