Readers' Choice: Best Sandwich Spot?

What's your favorite place to grab a sandwich in Barrington?

A sandwich is a quick-and-easy meal and on most menus, it's the most reliable pick when you're not sure about the other food. It's also usually the cheapest thing you can order.

But as easy as it is to make a great sandwich, only a few places offer a truly awe-inspiring sandwich. You know, the one that you can't help but order even when you know there are more sophisticated dishes on the menu.

This week, we want to know: Which restaurant or deli serves up the best sandwich in Barrington?

Is it restaurant or -- both previous Readers' Choice winners?

How about or ? Or and .?

Then there is and . And and .

How about or ? Maybe ? Somewhere else?

Vote in our poll below, then share your thoughts in the comments section. If we left your favorite sandwich shop off the list, note that in the comments as well.

We'll leave the poll up all week then close voting at 9 a.m. Friday. At noon that day, we'll share your top local pick. Then be sure to watch the site over the weekend when we tally up the top votes and announce the sandwich shop that got the most rave reviews across all of our Rhode Island sites.

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places. For full details on our rules, see the attached PDF. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

Miz Fibz is by far my favorite restaurant in Barrington. Wonderful food, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, always creative. The decor and ambience are delightful. Miz Vicki and Scott make everyone feel welcome and a part of the family. Truly a place that fosters community as well as really fine food at very reasonable prices. Food for body and soul!

I'm glad to hear Miz Fibz is well-rated. I haven't been there, but have been bemoaning the loss of Prince's Hill Deli and Brueger's. While other places I've tried in town are okay, I need variety. Also, if you haven't tried the stuffed pizza slices from Borelli's on Washington Ave, it is worth the visit. Spinach and cheese, mushroom, broccoli, yum!. They are priced quite low (like $3 a slice), and one slice is enough. They also have good goodies for dessert!

My favorite choice for sandwich and breakfast, even dinner to go actually. Great food, always a good choice. I eat there at least 5 days a week!

Delicious food in a delightful atmosphere! Great customer service and Vicki, Scott and helpers always remember what we like. All meals and treats are terrific and reasonable. Just had lunch there today and are "regulars." The catering has always been phenominal for various events and sized parties as well. I like how they continuously give back to our community in various ways too. Thanks MIZ FIBZ!

The best sandwiches and everything on the menu as well as anything I have requested has been fantastic. Fresh, cooked to perfection! Wonderful eatery!

Tom Russell Miz Fibz has the feel of a European bistro. The sandwiches are great, as are other items that make it a true deli rather than just a sandwich shop. I have never eaten anything there that wasn't excellent. They also do takeout, and we have had them cater for us with great results. Vicky will work with you.

Gotta tell you.. As a music producer for films and record companies, I've been all over the world for sandwiches, soups, entrees, and bistro style fine dining. None, seem to have the whole combination of all, with consistency, quite as well as Miz Fibz. I'm in RI for good now, and you'l be seeing me quite often as a regular..

For devotees of Princes Hill Deli, have you tried Miz Fibz? You'll feel "at home" quickly. There is a varied menu with frequent tasty specials. Vicki (Miz Fibz} is an ex-cellent and innovative cook and is most accommodating to special needs or requests. Servings are generous and attractively presented. I've become a "regular."
