Houses SOLD: 5 Homes Change Hands

Five warranty deeds for homes that changed owners were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, Sept. 23-29.

Five more homes have changed hands in Barrington, according to the warranty deeds recorded in the Town Hall between Sept. 23-29.

The prices of the homes ranged from a high of $490,000 in Hampden Meadows  to a low of $109,000 in the Haines Park area of town.

Another of the homes sits in Hampden Meadows; two homes with new owners are in West Barrington.

The prices can give you some idea of the value of your property in today's real estate market in Barrington.

4 out of the 5 are affordable houses! But they are not really affordable according to the rules set up by the town council.
