Houses SOLD: $1.925M Deed Filed
Eight properties exchanged hands last week, according to the deeds filed in Barrington Town Hall, including one for a home that sold for almost $2 million.
The second week of June saw eight warranty deeds recorded in the Barrington Town Hall, including one deed with a sale price of almost $2 million and three deeds for other high-end properties.
The properties are located in the Rumstick, Adams Point and Hampden Meadows neighborhoods.
The homes showed sale prices that ranged from a low of $140,000 to the high of $1,925,000. Three properties sold for between $705,000 and $800,000.
