Film Festival Coming to Library

Enjoy some acclaimed short films by emerging cinematographers at the Barrington library on Saturday afternoon.

The Rhode Island International Film Festival comes to the Barrington library on Saturday afternoon, Aug. 11.

At 2 pm in the air-conditioned auditorium, you can check out some of the top short films of 2011 and 2012 with the Emerging Cinematographer Award Short Films Showcase screening.

Travel to places near and far with some of today’s most promising filmmakers. The films include: The Spring of Sorrow by Suzi Yoonessi; String Theory by Zach Gold; Numb by Erwann G. Marshall; and, Dead Grass, Dry Roots by Gabe Hohreiter.
