Art League of Rhode Island Presents 12th Annual Show at Jamestown Arts Center

The Art League of Rhode Island (ALRI) announces its 12th Annual Exhibition, which will be held at the Jamestown Arts Center, August 31 – September 23. The exhibition features works by Elected Artist members of the Art League, whose membership includes many  of Rhode Island’s most prominent fine artists.

The Exhibition will feature works in all media, including paintings, sculpture, photography, textiles, original prints, ceramics and virtual art, reflecting the range and diversity of works created by the ALRI Artist Members. In addition to the Exhibition itself, ALRI will present a gallery talk during the course of the show, details of which can be found on the ALRI web site.

“The Annual Exhibition is our showcase event of the year,” says ALRI President Joanne Breslin. “We are especially pleased to be presenting the event at the Jamestown Arts Center.  In a short time the Center has been open, it has already made a very positive impact on the Rhode Island arts scene with its innovative and multidisciplinary approach that reaches across all art forms. It’s an exciting, inviting venue.”
