'Singin' in Rain'; Candidates' Forum

The Barrington library film and lecture series, Gotta Sing! Gotta Dance!: The Evolution of Movie Musicals, continues this afternoon at 1 pm in the auditorium with “Singin’ in the Rain,” a classic musical starring Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor, and Debbie Reynolds.
The League of Women Voters hosts a “Candidates’ Forum” in Barrington Town Hall from 6:30 to 8:30 pm; meet and greet the candidates for Town Council, School Committee and the General Assembly starting at 6 pm.
The Townwide Trails Team meets for the second time at 7 pm in the Bayside YMCA to discuss future trail-maintenance projects in Barrington's parks.
