Come out this Thursday evening to take part in a community event that will leave all in attendance with an abundance of fulfillment and bliss. Bryna Rene, Karendayal Foster, and Josh Fonshaker of Soundscapers come together for a night of Kirtan, Ecstatic Dance, and Sound Journey Meditation.
1. Bryna Rene - (http://www.brynarene.com/) will lead things off by guiding the group into a communal resonance of the voice. We'll combine all our voices as a whole collective of souls who shall shout to the heavens through Kirtan call and response to let the universe know that we are present and accounted for. The Harmonium shall be the instrument of mass persuasion during this opening segment.
2. Karendayal Foster - (http://www.blisslifeyoga.com/) owner of the studio and student to Shiva Rea's ecstatic dance concept shall take the group into a place of intense movement, release, purge, and freedom. Set to the rhythms and influence of live drums/percussion. This is where the group will have the chance in breaking up any and all negative/dense blockages that no longer serve a purpose through full body dance.
3. Josh Fonshaker - Facebook:Soundscapers Drumming, http://www.youtube.com/users/jfonseca1980, http://www.nedrummers.ning.com/)
will bring the evening to a close by leading the group through a deeply moving and energetically cleansing sound journey meditation. Folks will have the chance in becoming reset, renewed, restored, centered, balanced, and nurtured into well being by the likes of the hand drum, didgeridoo, sound bowl, and gong.
