New Program Season: The Music Program of Barrington Presbyterian Church

The Music Program of Barrington Presbyterian Church offers musical opportunities to the entire community. All ages and skill levels are invited to take advantage of choral and instrumental programs, all with a high standard of excellence. No church membership is necessary to participate.

Chancel Choir
Ages: Adults (high school and older)
Rehearsals: Thursday at 7:00 P.M., Sunday at 9:00 A.M.
Music: Sacred choral music of varied styles (rehearsal CDs provided)
Requirements: attend most services/rehearsals; helpful to be able to read music

Youth Choir
Ages: Kindergarten through middle school
Rehearsals: Sunday at 11:20 A.M.
Music: Elementary level sacred choral music
Requirements: Ability to attend and participate in rehearsals

Instrumental Music (All Ages)
Requisite: Meeting with music director
Rehearsals: Specially scheduled
Music: Sacred and/or classical instrumental music
Requirements: Ability to coordinate with music director to share appropriate music

Small Ensemble Vocal Music (All Ages)
Rehearsals: Specially scheduled
Music: Small ensemble sacred vocal music
Requirements: Ability to coordinate to occasionally share vocal music in a small ensemble
