Sunny skies continue with temperatures getting a bit warmer – into the low 70s.
The Bayside YMCA hosts an “Active Older Adult Health Fair” from 9 am to 12:30 pm. It includes health screenings for glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision, skin, posture, gait and much more. Keynote speaker Gerry Plante from Safely Home will talk about simple home modifications that allow you to age at home.
