Library Hosts Documentary Screening, Share Your Halloween Pics

Here are 5 things to know in Barrington today.

2. Take in a free screening of the documentary film Stories We Tell at Barrington Public Library on Thursday at 7 p.m. Actress and director Sarah Polley explores a long-held family secret. The man she believed to be her biological father, is not actually her father. Stories We Tell screened at the Sundance, Toronto and Venice International Film Festivals. Rated PG-13. The screening is free and open to all.

3. After dominating Game 1, the Red Sox host the St. Louis Cardinals in Game 2 of the World Series Thursday at 8 p.m. There may be some tickets available, but be careful who you buy from, as scammers are trying to take advantage of Sox fans' excitement, Attorney General Peter Kilmartin warns.
