That it's surviving the online-bookstore juggernaut is a testament to Barrington Books' dedication to the community it serves.  This bright, friendly store allows book browsing at its best -- and that includes searching online for secondhand and out-of-print titles. The staff is always ready to recommend a good read, and enjoys getting to know the reading tastes of customers. The delighted faces at Children's Story Hour -- held every Thursday morning in the story corner -- are more than enough proof of Barrington's solid place in this community.
