FREE JOB HIRING FAIR 11/9 for veteran job seekers, active duty military members, guard and reserve members, and military spouses at CCRI, 400 East Ave., Warwick. Great opportunity to meet with and talk to potential employers, who have already signed up to talk with you.
Two Free workshops will also be held at this Job Fair: Your Elevator Speech: Getting you to the next level: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.; and How to Network Yourself While Looking For a Job: 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

More About American Legion Post 8
This branch of the United States' largest veterans organization is open to all servicemen and women who have put themselves on the line for their country. And while this facility is mainly for veterans' use (80 members), Post 8 also opens its doors to those who want to rent the facility for just about any event for up to 100 people including birthday parties, bereavement functions, college graduation parties and wedding receptions. No cooking is allowed on the premises, so meals must be catered or potluck style. Bartenders can be hired through Post 8 to staff a cash bar.
