Barrington Books will host the book launch of local author Jon Land's "Strong Vengeance" on Friday, July 27th. This is the latest Caitlin Strong novel which takes readers to the gulf coast of Mexico.
Texas Ranger Caitlin Strong finds herself investigating the murder of an oil rig crew that had found the long-lost wreckage of the Mother Mary, a slave ship carrying a lost treasure. A further discovery may lead to a connection with a planned terrorist attack on America.
Grapes & Grains of Barrington will be pouring three wine selections based on the personalities and characteristics of the main characters in the book.
