Planting Project at Allin's Cove

This event is part of a three-year Land Trust project to replace invasive knotweed and phragmites with native plants at Allin's Cove.
 
We need a lot of help to plant 300 shrubs and small trees on the upland bank at Byway Road!   Please bring a shovel if you have one.  Meet at 28 Byway Road.  Park on Green Ave. or Byway Road.
 
Dress for the day's weather. Long pants, gloves and sturdy shoes are recommended. Insect repellant is advisable year-round for tick protection. 
It is important to know how many people can help us to assure we get all those plants in the ground in two hours!
