Four warranty deeds were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, May 5-11. The deeds show sales of three homes in the Hampden Meadows neighborhood and one just west of Hundred Acre Cove. The prices can give you some idea of the market value of your Barrington property in the current real estate market if you are thinking about buying or selling.
