YMCA Open Doors; Lions Club Meets
Today is the Great Day of Service when volunteers complete work projects for charitable organizations all over the area.
Today is the annual Great Day of Service, held on Columbus Day each year, when hundreds of volunteers give of themselves to help charitable organizations across Rhode Island and the East Bay, in particular.
The Bayside Family YMCA holds an open house from 10 am to 2 pm for you to learn more about its programs and activities and receive a free guest pass.
None of the weekly programs planned for the Barrington library and Senior Center will be held today because the building is closed for Columbus Day.
The Barrington Lions Club holds a general meeting at 6 pm at Chiazza Trattoria & Bar at 308 County Road.
ART BY YOU at Weirdgirl Creations at 33 Kent St. offers you an opportunity to paint a Jack-O-Lantern that you can use for many years.
