The Barrington library continues its June series on the Top 20 movies of all time; see the exhibit on summers in Barrington.
View the Marlon Brando classic, “On The Waterfront,” in the air-conditioned Barrington library auditorium at 7 pm – part of a series of top 20 American Film Institute movies airing in June.
Stop by to see the current exhibit of the Town Museum operated by the Barrington Preservation Society in the lower level of the library: “200 Years of Barrington Summers.” Hours are 11 am to 3 pm. See Patch story.
Barrington Books hosts a children's story hour each Thursday at 10:30 am for kids ages 2-5. The store is located in the Barrington Shopping Plaza.
Check your blood pressure at the Barrington Senior Center at 10:30 am and stick around to play bingo at 1 pm.
Benefit the Warren Animal Shelter, where Barrington pets are housed and cared for, by taking a free Zumba class at 426 Fitness, 426 Metacom Ave., in Warren at 7 pm.
