Summer Theater Students to Perform
Barrington Enrichment Summer Theater offers two plays tonight and three plays on Saturday in the Barrington library auditorium.
Students in the Barrington Enrichment Summer Theater will perform two plays at 7 pm in the library auditorium: “Something’s Rotten in the State of Denmark” and “Booby Trap.” They will return on Saturday night at the same time and place to perform three more plays: “It’s Not You It’s Me,” “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” and “The Crucible.”
The library hosts a multiage story time for children under age 6 with their caregivers at 10:30 am.
2nd Story Theatre, 28 Market St., Warren, presents “Speech and Debate,” a play about a sex scandal and three teens in Salem, Ore., at 8 pm.
Nelia Lawton of Barrington can teach you to ballroom and Latin dance at the Democratic Club, 186 Roffee St., at 7 pm. Then dance the night away starting at 8 pm.
Blithewold at 101 Ferry Road, Bristol, hosts a Family Fun Friday from 11 am to 1 pm with songs, face painting, games, stories and oddball characters. Bring a blanket, rain or shine.
