Summer Bible School; T'ai Chi; Art Camp
There is still plenty to do in Barrington before schools start next week.
Vacation Bible School at Barrington Baptist Church, 25 Old County Road, starts today at 9 am and runs all this week from 9 to noon for children entering grades K-6. Register in person today at 8:45am.
The Barrington Community School offers an outdoor T'ai Chi class at Haines Memorial Park, led by Bob McManus, at 8:45 am. Classes will meet at St. John's Episcopal Church if it rains.
Play bridge at the Barrington Senior Center at 6:45 pm.
Another summer art camp starts today at Art by You at Weirdgirl Creations, 33 Kent St. The Monday through Thursday sessions run each day from 10 am to 1 pm.
Triton Swimming offers a customized workout for you each Monday at 8:30 am either in Narragansett Bay or at the East Providence Boys and Girls Club; contact Michael Sever for more information at http://www.swimtriton.com.
