School Start Time Workshop; 'Dead Poets Society' Airs
Barrington School Committee holds a special workshop on changing the school start times; library hosts first film in 'Teachers in Movies' series.
Dead Poets Society, starring Robin Williams, opens a four-part film series titled “Teachers in Movies” at 7 pm in the Barrington Public Library auditorium.
The Barrington School Committee holds a workshop on changing the school start times in the high school library at 7 pm; results of the survey filled out by parents, teachers and students will be shared.
The First Monday Morning of the Month Book Club meets at 10 am in the Barrington library. No registration needed; just drop in for a cup of coffee and a book discussion with other readers.
The Recreation Department offers an open gym every Monday at 7:30 pm for basketball players 16 and over, men and women, in the Barrington Middle School.
Play bridge at the Barrington Senior Center at 6:45 pm.
