Four warranty deeds were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, Jan. 20-26.
The deeds show sale prices that range from a high of $515,000 for a home not far from the Barrington river to a low of $206,000 for a home in Walker Farm Lane -- Barrington's affordable housing development. The other homes are in the Sowams and Bay Spring neighborhoods.
The prices can give you some idea of the market value of Barrington properties in the current real estate market if you are thinking about buying or selling a home.
