Three warranty deeds were recorded in Barrington Town Hall last week, Jan. 27-Feb. 2.
The deeds show sale prices that were identical for homes -- one a historic property -- on both sides of Barrington. The other home is within sight of Sowams Elementary School.
The prices can give you some idea of the market value of Barrington properties in the current real estate market if you are thinking about buying or selling a home.
