Warranty deeds were filed in the Barrington Town Hall for homes in the Hampden Meadows and Maple Avenue neighborhoods.
Two more warranty deeds were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, March 10-16.
The homes are in the Maple Avenue and Hampden Meadows neighborhoods.
The sale prices on the homes were a low of $150,000 and a high of $488,000. The prices can give you some idea of the value of your property if you live near or in those neighborhoods.
