Here are three photos of a rare all-white Canada Goose -- sometimes referred to as an albino or a Snow Goose – that was spotted in Barrington early last week in several locations with a flock of Canada Geese.

Dylan Ingham, a seventh-grader at Barrington Middle School, took these photos at the athletics field near his home at the intersection of Sowams Road and Orchard Ave. The goose was spotted also at the athletics fields at Barrington High School and St. Andrew’s School.

Dylan responded to a Barrrington Patch Facebook post asking if anyone had seen or photographed the goose. Enjoy Dylan’s photos.

Yes, great pictures!! Two years ago, right off of Sowams Rd. , a Snow Goose was in the area of my daughter's house, and the goose would climb the stairs and come right up to the door. This went on for several days.
