I also not at all had tooth filling. The best dental care for me was just combing thrice a day, flossing, gargling and swish away with a mouth wash. I decided to go to the dentist when I passed my teenage years, because I wanted to have the best dental care possible. Aside from the fact that throughout that time, I already started notice that my teeth were flattering a little bit yellowish.
