Power Restored to Barrington

By early this morning, Nov. 2, National Grid had restored all power to Barrington customers.

Every household in Barrington should have its power restored.

National Grid reports on its RI outage map this morning that there are no more outages in Barrington.

Late yesterday, Nov. 1, there will still a few customers still without power and an estimate that each customer would have their electricity restored by earlier today.

Full restoration of power took a few days after Superstorm Sandy sideswiped Rhode Island on Monday. Although the storm caused far less damage than anticipated in the East Bay, it did knock down branches and a few trees, which pulled down electrical wires.
