The Barrington Planning Board has canceled its meeting scheduled for tonight because of two continuances; the Bluemead subdivision proposal will be back before the board again at the December meeting.

The Barrington Lunch Referral Chapter by SBR Network meets at the Chiazza Trattoria and Bar at 12:30 pm; no reservation required.

Tennis for moms and kids continues every Wednesday and Friday morning at the Barrington Middle School; a 1-hour kids' drills for children ages 5 - 12 runs at the same time mom play. It goes from 9:30 - 11:30 on Wednesday and and 10:30-12:30 on Friday.

Al Anon, a weekly meeting of adults who were raised in alcoholic homes, gathers at 7 pm at St. James Lutheran Chuch, 49 Middle Highway.
